Paul Szobody, 1989 graduate of Holmes Bible College, and his wife, Teresa have served for over a decade as missionaries to the country of Chad. For the past year and a half, however, the family has been residing in Strasbourg, France. Paul and Teresa's six youngest children have been keeping busy at various French schools, while Paul has continued his steadfast work
on a doctoral thesis. By the end of this year, the Szobody family plans on wrapping up their studies in France and journeying back to Chad for another ten years of ministry among the Muslim population.
We exhort you to remember the Szobodys in your prayers. While studying in France, they have shared the Gospel with many friends and neighbors. As a result, they are seeing conversions even in "post-Christian" Europe. Pray that these conversions will continue to
be seen. Also, pray for Paul Szobody, who feels great pressure to complete his thesis this year in order to return to ministry in Chad. We are believing for the Spirit's continued guidance in his research. And finally, pray for the Lord to reveal His perfect will to the family, as they prepare to immerse themselves in Muslim culture once again.
