The Holmes campus is a beautiful thirty-eight acre site at 4901 Old Buncombe Road in Greenville, SC. This became its new home in August 2008 and consists of a structure now serving as administration building, classrooms, faculty offices, library and a small cafe. Expansion of these facilities is part of a campus planning guide to be developed by the Board of Trustees.
Student Housing
Students who would normally be resident students are assigned to a spacious apartment complex a short distance from the college. These three-bedroom apartments provide housing for up to six students with individual kitchen, living area and bathrooms. Students prepare their own meals and cooperative carpooling to campus. They sign their own contracts and share rental costs at a rate cheaper for them than campus housing would be. Campus housing is also part of the expansion plans for the future.
Dining services
Since students provide their own food services, a college cafe provides continental breakfast and lunches at a nominal cost to the student. For students who wish to eat lunch off campus there are a number of fast-food and sit-down dining facilities within a short distance of the campus.
